I faced a problem in windows 7 operating system. It was more critical that I start the system, It is bvooting and display the log in screen. I entered the password with user name. It is success fully logged in but now it is not showing anything except the curser (arrow key) which show processing. I understand that there are Virus in system. But how remove them. I have no idea to remove the virus. I decide to format the pc. But there was important data in system. What we can do now ?
I got an idea in my mind. I do and success. No need to format the pc. just remove the virus. If you also getting the same problem then it can help for you. If you start the pc and enter user name and password but nothing showing anything else except cursur. follow below steps.
1. Start your system and login with your user name.
2. Press control, alt and delete key ( Ctrl+Alt+Del ).
3. Click on Start task manager.
4. Go to File => New task.
5. Type explorer.exe and click on ok.
You can see desktop screen now. now you can remove virus, take backup of data or also you can format. But I recommend you should remove the virus with any strong antivirus. If you have not purchase any antivirus then you should download eScan toolkits and run it.
